A politician turned actor Malavalli Huchche Gowda Amarnath generally, known as Ambareesh had a simple life. His introduction to film industry and being successful was in itself a movie story. Coming from a simple background, he auditioned for Naagarahaavu and instantly got cast. Naagarahaavu won a National Award. Who would have thought that a supporting actor will become the main lead and will then be called a Rebel Star for his portrayals? He made a record of working on 208 movies in one regional film industry.
Furthermore, he took the path of philanthropy and gave out huge donations. These acts earned him a nickname of Karunada Karna. There was a point of popularity and influence he had that made people write scripts around his screen star name.
