The Irish philanthropist, Ronan started his singing profession in the group named as Boyzone along with the other signers namely Keith Duffy, Shane Lynch, Michael Graham, and Stephen Gately. However, all this happened in the year 1994. Most prominently, he began his solo career in the year 1999 and was able to accomplish 9 albums. One of his singles named as When you say nothing at All was included in the movie – Notting Hill. Due to this, he gained huge recognition and reached the top position in several countries. Throughout his career, he has sold 20 million records to all his fan followers across the world. In addition to these, he has also sold 25 million records alone with his debut group Boyzone.
For the period between 2010 and 2014, he served as the judge in the television show The X Factor. Along with this, he was also working as the coach in the TV show The Voice in the year 2016. Apart from his works in the film industry, he has also contributed his time in upbringing the social life of the people in Australia. Most consistently, he campaigns for the Marie Keating Foundation. The main objective of this campaign is to increase the awareness about the breast cancer. Most importantly, this foundation was named in remembrance of his mother who passed away due to the disease in the year 1988.
