Tejaswini did her schooling from the school named Muktangan in Pune. In school days, she was into sports and was also getting trained in the classical dance form, Kathak. Since her mother was herself a renowned Marathi theatre artist; she was fascinated by the glitz world from an early age.
She started her professional career as a model and got her maiden assignment from the Kirloskar group for IME Pune. She soon began her acting career with a negative role after Kedar Shinde signed her up for his Marathi flick called “Aga bai arechya” in the year 2003. Simultaneously, she was also performing at the play called ‘Rakheli’ alongside her mother. She received the widest of appreciation for her performance in the film called Vavtal.
She was heavily praised for her performance in Anant Mahadevan’s film called Mi Sindhutai Sapkal. Her latest released film were Tu Hi Re, Ek Tara and 7, Roshan Villa. In addition to films, she has also performed in small screen. She made her television debut with the Marathi show called Tuza MazaGhaarShrimantacha in 2010. She is currently working in the Marathi series called 100 Days, where she is playing the lead role of Rani.
