Jeremiah is a prominent female face in Tamil and Malayalam film industry. At the age of 10, she was a member of Jackson Five-style Troupe. Jeremiah was active in theatre during her college and appeared in many stage plays. During college, she also formed a company ‘The Show Must Go On’ to promote theatre. She got offers for films during college days but she turned them down as she was not interested in films.
Her maiden play was Nagamandala. She also sang for Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu and played the lead role in movie Pachaikili Muthucharam . In 2010 she appeared in Aayirathil Oruvan. In 2011 she played supporting role in multi starer movie Mankatha in 2011. In 2013 she entered Malayalam Cinema doing Annayum Rasoolum, a romantic film. She also worked with Kamal Hasan in Vishwaroopam and also doing its sequel.
She also gave voice to several popular songs as well as composes her own music. Her popular song ‘Soul of Taramani’ was composed, written and sung by her. She has also composed many albums.
