Ansari is popularly known for his performances as Tom Haverford in the television series which is titled as Parks and Recreation which was cast on the NBC channel during the period between 2009 and 2015. Later, he got the opportunity to play the role of Dev Shah in the television series Master of None which was cast on the channel Netflix in the year 2015. This show was regarded as the best comedy straight out of the gate by the New York Times. Later, he also began conducting the stand-up comedy shows during the 2000s. Additionally, he has also performed in many of the popular movies such as Funny People, Observe, and Report, I Love You Man, and 30 Minutes or Less.

 

Apart from his acting profession, Aziz Ansari has launched his first DVD named as Intimate Moments of a Sensual Evening in the year 2010.
