Jimin was born on 13-10-1995 in Geumjeong, Busan, South Korea as Park Ji-min. He is a South Korean Singer, Vocalist, Songwriter, Musician, Dancer, and Philanthropist who is associated with Bangtan Boys (BTS) since 2013, a boy band under Big Hit Entertainment.

Jimin got education from Busan's Hodong Elementary Schol and Yonsan Middle School. He was very much passionate about dance since childhood. He joined the dance academy ''Just Dance'' and learned Locking and Popping. Then he learned the Contemporary form of Dance from Busan High School of Arts. He was the most brilliant student in the school. On seeing his perfection in dance, his teacher suggested him to give auditions to entertainment companies. Jimin started giving auditions and got selected by Big Hit Entertainments. In 2014, he graduated from Korean Arts High School. He obtained a graduation degree in Broadcasting and Entertainment from Global Cyber University. 
Jimin made his debut in 2013 as a member of BTS and released the single ''No More Dream''. He performs as a singer and actor in the group. His releases under the BTS are ''Lie'', ''Filter'', Wings, Love Yourself Her, Extended Play, Map Of the Soul, and many more. Outside the BTS, his works are Christmas Day, Mistletoe, We Don't Talk Anymore. He also appeared on many shows such as Show Music Core, Hello Counselor, Please Take Care of My Refrigerator, M.Coundown, and many others. He worked with many famous personalities such as justein Beiber, Selena Gomez, Charlie Puth, Jungkook, psy. He broke the records of many great artist and earned the top place at Billiboard. His songs Serendipity and lie were streamed more than Fifty millions time on Spotify.
