Kagiso Rabada Complete Bio & Career

Kagiso Rabada a teenage prodigy made a lot of buzzes after he dismantled the Australians in the U-19 Cricket World Cup. The tall right-arm pacer’s biggest weapon is to bowl consistently at the high 140’s made him one of the most feared bowlers around. In U-19 world cup semi-final, he ended his spell with the figures 6/25 and made South Africa enter the final of the coveted tournament. He was the leading wicket taker in that tournament and immediately after he returned South Africa’s domestic side Lions signed him to play for them.
While playing for Lions, Rababa was keenly watched by the coach Gordon Parsons who was also his mentor. His seniors were the veterans like Lonwabo Tsotsobe and Chris Morris. The South African selector’s realised that this is indeed the best time to groom this lanky fast bowler and immediately drafted him to South Africa A team who were to tour Australia.
After some great showing at the first-class level, a national call was evident. He finally got the opportunity to play at the highest level when he handed his maiden international cap for a T20I against the visiting Australia in November 2014. He had a dream debut and dismissed none other than the star Australian batsman Glenn Maxwell. Though he was there in the scheme of things but he made his ODI debut six months later when South Africa toured Bangladesh. He had a dream One Day debut as he took a hat-trick in his very second over and ended the match with the best figures of 6/16 by a debutant.  Since his debut, he has been a part of South Africa's playing XI in all three formats. He will spearhead the South African bowling unit in the upcoming ICC World Cup 2019. He was roped in by IPL franchise Delhi Capitals in 2018. He however missed that season and came back strongly in the IPL 2019.
