Koratala Siva is a famous film director, screenwriter and dialogue writer of Telugu movies who started his career as an assistant for dialogue writing with the guidance of his relative Posani Krishna Murali. After he worked as an individual writer in “Girl Friend” he got huge appreciation in “Bhadra” as a scriptwriter and it brings him the fame in the industry. As a debut director, he started work in “Mirchi” which became a super hit.

 

Siva got fame as a dialogue writer from the movies like Okkadunnadu, Brindavanam, Munna and Oosaravelli etc and as a writer from the movies like Simha, Bhadra, and Brindavanam. But as a director, Prabhas and Anushka starrer blockbuster is a great achievement of his life. This movie also affects the career of these actors as well in a positive way. It has been also believed that Koratala Siva also writes influential dialogues for the actors to boost up and resurrect their career moves. This famous director always believes in working with his own script rather than working with others.

 

In the earlier stage, Siva completed his B Tech degree and was working as a software engineer but when he met with his cousin he decided to enter in the Telugu film industry as a screenwriter but nowadays he is a successful director and writer. This year he is also directing another blockbuster “Bharath Ane Nenu” which will be going to release very soon. It has been also believed that superstar Mahesh Babu starrer Bharath Ane Nenu will be going to be a big hit because this duo already delivered one of the biggest hit “Srimathudu” in 2015. This year they are fully set to collaborate for another film after two years which will release very soon.

 

In the year of 2017, he received an IIFA Utsavam Award for best direction for the Telugu movie Janatha Garage. He also got two nominations for Filmfare Award for Best Director and IIFA Utsavam Award for best story in 2017 for the movie Janatha Garage.
