Nazneen Contractor is a Canadian Actress of Parsi descent. She was born on 26th August 1982 in Bombay, India. The actress has gained immense popularity through her role in the Television series, The Border, where she played the part of Layla Hourani. For this role, she got many praises, especially for her acting skills. She was born in Mumbai and raised in Nigeria, Africa until the age of 7 years. At a very young age, she was well versed with the different types of culture.

Nazneen started her career with, The Border, in 2008 and then starred in the TV Series, Rules of Engagement and 24 in 2010. She acted in a few Films in the following year such as Séance the Summoning (2011), Pegasus vs. Chimaera (2012) and Star Trek Into Darkness (2013). 

 

The actress has also worked in a number of other TV Series namely Revenge (2013-2014), Bones (2014), Person of Interest (2014), Covert Affairs (2014), Scorpion (2015), Castle (2015), Stalker (2015), and Heroes Reborn (2015). 

 

Nazneen Contractor is passionate about running and follows yoga as well. She wants to travel the world and loves to ride the motorcycle as well. She also strongly supports Second Harvest organization who feeds the homeless and also an organization called Look Good and Feel Better who are part of supporting women with cancer.
