Rhea Pillai is appreciably known by everyone as a great model and actor who was supposedly Sanjay Dutt’s ex-wife. She has had a life full of cracks and versions where she didn’t really make a mark in the professional life but surely kept it high on news every time with her personal controversies. She is a lifestyle coach and has been very remarkably known to be a fierce and independent woman of her time.

 

Rhea was never on common grounds with people. She was the granddaughter of Maharaj Narsingir Dhanrajgir Gyan Bahadur of Hyderabad and the lady to act in the first ever Hindi Feature film AlamAra, Zubeidaa. So, she is not just a normal name. But virtually a very big one.

 

She had always been in the limelight for all the wrong reasons. She was initially married to Sanjay Dutt when her marriage didn’t turn out to be a right affair and she went on to take divorce from him. Later, she was involved with Leander Paes as his girlfriend but never reached to marriage terms. They both went into uglier phrases later and never stopped putting allegations on each other. They had a daughter together for which Rhea Pillai got the custody and is still fighting for rights.

 

An independent Rhea was also awarded the “Women of the Year” in the year 2002. She was a part of the Art of Living Foundation and enacted a small role in the movie “Corporate”. She has been an active participant in doing social services.
