Shweta Gulati, popularly known as Tia or Dr Nikita Malhotra from her most famous TV shows Remix and Dill Mill Gaye. She started her career as a model. She appeared in various advertisements before she finally bagged her first prime time show on Star Plus by the name of Shagun. Her first ad was with Pradeep Kakkar who immediately recognised her true potential and gave her a much-needed break. Shweta Gulati was immediately liked by people because of her cute and bubbly persona. 

 

Her television debut was a hit and that started her journey to success. She then played a variety of roles on-screen, from negative to positive roles. Her next role was that of a young girl in Kyun Hota Hai Pyarrr who had lost her parents and was treated badly by her relatives. She then went on to play her best role of a rich teenager in the show Remix. Her chemistry with her co-star Karan Wahi was loved by everyone. She even took voice modulation classes to play the role of a 16-year old girl. 

 

She also appeared in Dill Mill Gaye, another heartthrob show as a second to main lead. She was praised for this role as well. Shweta even anchored a dance reality show Zara Nachke Dikha with Karan Singh Grover.
