Vaani Kapoor is best known for her debut film where she played a supporting role in the 2013 release, Romcom- Shuddh Desi Romance, which was a commercial and critical success. She accumulated heavy appreciation for her performance.

 

She finished her schooling at the Mata Jai Kaur Public School in Delhi. She obtained her graduate degree in tourism studies. Soon after the completion of her studies, she worked as an intern in Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Jaipur and then got employed at ITC Hotel. She inked a deal with the Elite Model Management for modeling ventures.

 

Vaani Kapoor made her debut on small screen with the TV series Specials @ 10 in 2009. After passing an audition, she inked a three-film deal with the Yash Raj Films. Her first release was with a supporting role in the movie titled Shuddh Desi Romance, alongside Parineeti Chopra and Sushant Singh Rajput. Her next movie was the Tamil rom-com flick Aaha Kalyanam, which was an official remake of the Hindi film Band Baaja Baaraat. In 2016, Kapoor starred in Aditya Chopra's romantic flick Before starring opposite Ranveer Singh. The movie is a commercial and critical success.
