Valentino Rossi Complete Bio & Career

The Italian professional racer, Valentino is regarded the multiple MotoGP World Champion. Most prominently, he is considered to be the best and successful motorcycle racer of all time. He has earned 9 Grand Prix World Championships, 7 among them belong to the premier class. However, he was inspired by his father and started racing in the year 1996 in Grand Prix. Initially, he raced for the team Aprilla in the category named 125cc and later won his first World championship in the upcoming year. 
 
Consequently, in the year 1999, he moved from 125cc category to 250cc category with the same team which resulted in the victory of 250cc World Championship. After entering into the premier class, he received 500cc Honda World Championship. As a whole, after earning these back to back championships he moved from Honda to Yamaha. Later, he decided to shift towards Ducati and suffered from 2 winless seasons. So, he decided to move back from Ducati to Yamaha for the seasons 2013 and 2014. Unfortunately, in the year 2015, he successfully reached the final round after which he lost his championship to Jorge Lorenzo. 
 
Throughout his racing career, Rossi has worked really hard in achieving all the 500cc MotoGP races accompanied with 88 victories. Additionally, he secured the second position in almost 114 race wins behind Giacomo Agostini with 122. Recently, in the year 2016, he earned the fourth position in Qatar and lost the first place with just 2 seconds.
